What is included in the booking fee?

The booking fee includes a free consultation, customized menu creation, and secures your event date and time. It also contributes to the initial planning and coordination of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

It’s recommended to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Absolutely! We take dietary restrictions and allergies very seriously. Please let us know your specific needs during the consultation, and we will tailor the menu accordingly.

Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event will receive a full refund of the booking fee, minus any non-refundable costs incurred. However, cancellations within two weeks of the event may result in forfeiture of the booking fee, depending on the circumstances.

We are fully equipped to handle most events. However, if your kitchen has specific equipment that may be needed or preferred, please let us know. We will assess what is available on-site during our consultation.

Pricing is based on the number of guests, the complexity of the menu, and any additional services requested. We provide a detailed estimate during the consultation.

Yes, we offer wine dinners and can suggest wine pairings that complement your menu. If desired, we can also arrange for wine to be provided, or we can work with your own selections.

We cater to private events with a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 20+ guests, ensuring an intimate and personalized dining experience.

A deposit (booking fee) is required to secure your event, with the balance due after the event. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfers. Detailed payment terms will be provided during the consultation.
